Hemp Extract Oil vs Hemp Seed Oil

Hemp seeds. Photo shows the seeds from the hemp plant as well as the plant with the flower that holds the good stuff.

Many sellers don’t even know the difference between them. It is common to mix both of them up because of how identical they are. They are different because they come from different parts of the plant and have various benefits. By the way, the Hemp seed oil is also called hemp oil. The number of cannabinoids in hemp seed oil (i.e., hemp oil) and CBD hemp extract oil is also a key differentiator.

The Extraction Process

The process of extracting the hemp Seed oil is done through a system called cold-pressing. It is merely a process that helps to maintain and preserve the seed’s nutrients. The Hemp oil comes in a green-looking substance but does not contain any CBD or other cannabinoids like THC
The Hemp Extract Oil or the CBD oil is made from the entire plant. You get the oil from the stalks, stems, and flowers of the plant through a process called Co2 extraction. It is identical to how olives are made. They come from the parts of the plant that have high levels of cannabidiol and with contain less than 0.3% THC

Uses of the Hemp Extract Oil
The Hemp Extract oil or the CBD oil contains many beneficial compounds, which, when ingested, can help with a laundry list of things. It is sought of after for its health benefits

Some of its uses and benefits include;
• To treat anxiety and depression
• Useful as a sleep-aid
• Pain and Inflammation

Uses of the Hemp Seed Oil
The hemp seed oil is used as an ingredient for skincare products and food—topically and orally. Oral usage provides skincare benefits. People prefer to take it orally instead of topically because it saves you from skin irritation and breakouts. But you might suffer from stomach upset.

Some of these uses are;
• To moisturize the skin and fight skin conditions.
• To boost the immune system
• To improve heart health

Alway check the labels

For you not to get confused any longer, it is advisable to check the labels on the container for the ingredients. There are all pointers that let you know if it is a CBD extract or a Hemp oil extract. The mix-up in the market goes down to the manufacturers; at times, you may buy a product that says CBD oil but wouldn’t work as a CBD oil should. What do you do to avoid this? You know what you’re trying to solve, so, use what’s on the label to see what the drug’s benefits, if it matches what you need, go ahead and buy it.
