Different ways to use CBD

As medical CBD has grown popular in several parts of the world, people are starting to see the vast benefits of CBD-based products. Unlike CBD’s brother from the same mother—THC, there are no psychoactive effects after ingesting the CBD, just its benefits. Every day, we see new ways of using CBD asides the popular method—smoking. The health implications of smoking the CBD have created the need for alternative methods. Although, smoking tends to give you the effects quicker than the other benefit but still, it’s smoking.

So, what are the other ways you can use CBD?

Topically The Topical method involves applying the CBD directly to the affected area as a quick relief to sore muscle, joint aches, arthritis, and skin nourishment. You apply it the same way you use every other lotion, but with the CBD, you take a little portion and massage the affected area. It takes an average of 30 minutes for it to kick in, and its effects last for about four hours. See our topical solutions here

Orally The oral application is an easy and discreet way of using CBD. There are various ways to take CBD orally including; gummy bears, lollipops, mints, or our custom-made Soft Gels. You would enjoy using soft gels because they don’t leave an aftertaste and get digested within minutes producing a more prolonged effect of about 8 hours.

Sublingually with a Tincture The sublingual application involves applying the CBD oil under the tongue with a solution. A tincture is a bottle of liquid CBD oil that comes with a dropper to make the application easy. This method makes you feel the effects faster than other edible products. It is effortless, you simply apply desired amount under your tongue and let it sit for about 1 minute, and then swallow the rest. See our tinctures here

Which Method is Right for you?

Choosing a method depends on what you need it for. For people who suffer from anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, or other whole-body issues, the Oral or Sublingual method would be the best option. But for athletes with joint pains or people with arthritis, the topical method seems like the perfect option for that.
